职位描述：
此职位主要做以太（ethernet）通信设备相关软件业务开发，Linux平台，C++语言
职位要求：

1.有C++11/C++编程经验;
2.有嵌入式控制平面/管理平面/单板软件/业务软件平台编程经验；
3. 具备以太产品相关开发经验
4. 熟悉IEEE 和 MEF 以太网技术标准相关知识；
5. 有Linux 或其他嵌入式操作系统相关知识；
6.本科及以上理工科学历；
7.3年以上相关工作经验；
8.真诚、负责、有团队合作精神。

Principle Tasks:
 The following list defines the main tasks of the R&D Software Engineer:
 1. Be an active part of software projects, i.e. do software design, software implementation / coding, unit testing and hardware/software integration testing.
 2. Assist with preparation of documents to allow projects to progress through the company's development process, and contribute to the writing of SW design documents and System specifications.
 3. Set up software development environment as defined by ADVA
 4. Make sure that products developed meet the requirement from market.

 Customers (Internal & External)
 1. R&D in China, US & Europe will be the main interfaces
 2. Project Manager
 3. PLM

 Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
 1. Experience with C and C++ programming
 2. Experience with embedded (hardware related) software development
 3. Experience with development of data- or optical- telecommunication products
 4. Experience with development of Ethernet products.
 5. Knowledge about
  o IEEE and MEF Standards relevant for Ethernet technology
  o Linux or other Embedded Operating Systems
 6. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
 7. Understanding of European & US culture and ways of doing business
 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 9. Open, honest, loyal
 10. Team player
