岗位职责：
1、Short description
The Business Analyst is responsible for partnering directly with business stakeholders to extract, re-engineer, and define business processes built atop strategic technology platform such as Pega PRPC and other BPM technologies. Interact with and communicate requirements to Project Manager, Lead System Architect, Solution Architect, development team, tester and a variety of other IT stakeholders.
2、Purpose and mission of role
The Business Analyst will be considered the Subject Matter Expert for the BPM (Business Process Management) applications within the scope of the IT APAC Application and User Services Team. They will be responsible for the requirement engineering prior to project, change and enhancement development and assisting in the solution lifecycle management activities of applications within scope. A deep understanding of the business process enabled by the application is to be maintained to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business needs.
   
任职要求：
1、University degree on computer science, computer engineering, MIS or relevant majors
2、5 years’ or more experience in design and implementation of BPM solution including leadership role in design of shared/reusable enterprise assets and workflow components;3 years’ experience in a large organization supporting a global or regional user base
3、Experience with BPM project methodology and requirement elaboration tools and the ability to teach the same to adjacent stakeholders is a plus; Experience with industry standard methodologies of SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM is a plus; Previous experience taking a lead role on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs
4、Knowledge of methodology or techniques around UX focused design is a plus; Pega certified Business Architect or higher certification is highly preferred; Understanding of ITIL processes
5、Experience with Lean Six Sigma or any other business process optimization methodology is a plus
6、Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills.
7、Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts.
8、Customer, quality, value, cost and delivery focused with attention to details.
9、Advanced English.
