职位描述：
A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
The positions main responsibilities:
To dispense medication and provide information and advice to patients
To maintain adequate stock and stock rotation
To oversee the development of pharmacy products

B. Key Responsibilities
To supervise pharmacist work
- Ensure all the prescription reviewed before dispensing.
To provide the basic consulting to patients and doctors
- Double check the patient’s name before dispensing.
- Explain the details to patient about drug’s name, dosage, indications, precautions, side-effects.
- Dispensing the medication with hand out.
- Giving the accurate answer to doctors and patient’s inquires
To ensure sufficient stock is in place
- Maintains accurate stock and stock balance, no over or under stocking
- Only uses licensed providers as per policy
- Reports monthly to CM with stock take results and ensures stock levels are kept within budgeted amounts
To ensure all pharmaceutical products are stored correctly
- All products are stored as per guidelines
- Stock rotation is adhered to, expiration and waste of medication is avoided
Documentation, SOPP’s and Licensing
- All pharmaceutical SOPP’s are kept up to date
- Adheres both to Chinese and international standards and is responsible for passing the yearly audits, both internal and external
- Is actively involved in assisting management with licensing of the pharmacy
- Actively participates in all necessary CME’s
Teamwork
- Maintains good working relationship within the SZ team, but also within the wider Chinese network
Customer Care
- Proactively assists customers in sourcing medication by working closely with distributors, BJ pharmacy
- Follows up timely with patients on deliveries and availabilities of medication
- Is involved in monthly promotions and actively seeks to inform the medical team of new market information
Government Regulations
- Is fully aware of all government regulations regarding sourcing and storage of medications.
- Passes all government audits with full scores

C. Job Profile
- At least 3 year working experience at hospital pharmacy or international private clinic
- Postgraduate degree in pharmacy
- Pharmacist license is preferred
- Native Chinese and proficient English, including knowledge of pharmacology in English
- Knowledge of clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy, both in English and Chinese
- Proficient conversational English skills
- Mature, Passion, Self-motivated, Self-directed
