Responsibilities：
Primary resource for desktop support server and software/application issues
install, manage, configure and troubleshoot most infrastructure systems(workstations (Desktop Support)Servers, routers and firewalls)
Local and Wide Area Networks
Manage Switches and other network devices
Firewalls
Office 365 Administration
vSphere administration and configuration
Citrix Thin Client architecture
Backups / DR
Print Servers
MDM Server and Mobile phone administration.
SharePoint
New software rollouts (MS office, antivirus, etc)
Windows Active Directory, File Services, GPO management.
IBM AS/400 or iSeries (OS)
Laserfiche / Cognos
SAP

Requirements：

 College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science
? Fluent English Communication Skills (Exp in an English speaking country is preferred)
? Technical knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Server Technologies, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft based applications
? Technical knowledge of PC and Virtualized Environments
? Hands-on software trouble-shooting sense.

? Strong written and oral communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
? Highly self-motivated and directed.
