职位描述：
Summary:
Follow up the order/releases delivery, organize the import/export shipment, data entry for related System (Epicor) activities.

Functions and resposibilities:
1. Follow up releases/orders from US/EU office, and provide daily basis feedback by working with PMC team and Production Departments.
2. Work closely with PMC to get appropriate production plans to achieve the required delivery dates, participate in PMC meetings, and sort out the production & shipping priority.
3. Follow up the daily production status to verify the plans/schedules are carried out timely.
4. Organize overseas shipments and prepare necessary documents, coordinate with carriers/forwarders to ensure shipment deliver on time
5. Monitor the Safety Stock level at China side.
6. Manage special packaging/labelling/shipping requirement from customers.
7. Monitor special incoming material inventory, like long ordering material and customer provided material.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (Must have):
1. 3+ years experience in production planning in injection molding or electro-plating industry, knowledge of production control and material control.
2. Excellent written and spoken English.
3. Proficient in MS office, Outlook, Project etc.
4. Responsible, independent, mature, able to work under pressure and good team player

COMPETENCIES DESIRED (Nice to have):
It’s preferred to have well understanding/knowledge about ERP or SAP.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
