职位名称：Senior Facility Engineer(班车提供：上海嘉定，莘庄，普陀，闸北，苏州,昆山）


工作内容：
1.负责新厂房的土建完成后的二次装修和公司各个部门沟通装修进程，（包括工艺，产品开发。实验室等，了解部门基本需求）
2.选择合适的厂务设施（主要是以非生产为主），选择供应商，对比，确认价格合同等
3.工厂产线转移，有产线布置经验
4.新建厂房稳定后的后期维护工作
5.后期节能项目落实
6.后期厂房的翻新及其扩建

要求：
1. 相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 至少5年外资制造业厂务相关经验，2年以上的管理经验
3. 有新厂房建设，生产线引进及维护经验。
4. 资深的技术背景及建造经验和丰富的商业谈判能力。
5. 优秀的人际交往能力和解决问题的能力。
6. 较强的口头/书面沟通技巧，流利的英语听说读写能力。
