职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
(1) Produce a robust Q-book with adequate definition of ORT (ongoing reliability testing), including a higher level of ABR (application-based reliability) testing to ensure long-term product quality is maintained;
(2) Develop a deep understanding of competitor performance and consumer acceptance and a predictive star-rating tool and rank our new products against it;
(3) Deliver all tasks defined in NPI checklist;
(4) Driving in the CTQ flow-down/QFD process and the specific application to each project. Use advanced statistical tools to identify weaknesses;
(5) Define clear test protocols to prove that the proposed designs are robust at each stage of product development, Review test data, looking for weaknesses in the proposed designs and testing protocols. Prepare clear, accurate, comprehensive test reports in the agreed format to guide product development;
(6) Deliver a robust process and product control plan to the Operations team at G5;
(7) Confirm capability of proposed suppliers, work with SQA to develop where necessary;

Job Requirements:
(1) College or above degree, major in Electrical, Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering,
(2) 5 years working experience related to QA, especially in NPI stage quality improvement relate work;
(3) Green Belt or Black Belt certificate will be a plus;
(4) Quality tools knowledge, DFSS methodology, Statistical analysis, Reliability, ISO 9001, MSA, SPC & FMEA, DFSS, Statistical knowledge;
