职位描述:
1. Independent handling of respective sales area in collaboration with the sales Back Office and country representatives or subsidiaries
2. Establishing and maintaining contact with potential customers
3. Enforce sales targets such as market penetration, project generation, earning targets, customer satisfaction for the respective sales area
Main tasks or ongoing tasks, that need to be fulfilled by the holder of this position:

1. Customer acquisition, customer support, customer care
2. Establish contact with customers, which are currently exclusively buying competitor’s products
3. including visit reports and following-up with necessary actions
4. Technical and commercial project negotiation in consultation with the respective departments (Project management, Product management, Commercial Order Processing)
5 Follow-up offers, assessment of the customer’s needs and selling of IMM machines and automations
6 Negotiations with the customer (eg. prices, delivery times, terms of delivery and payment)
7 Creation of the respective orders in collaboration with the sales back office and Commercial Order Processing department
8 Management of order revisions, claim management and cash flow improvement
Object of the tasks: Securing in the short- and medium-term Sicherung der Zielstellungen des Auftragseingangs und Bruttospanne.
1. Securing customer satisfaction and loyalty also by supporting the After Sales and Service teams
2. Representation oft he company at the customer, external sales organisations and trade shows

1 Conducting market analyses Durchführung with the help of statistics, publications, market reports, knowledge oft he market concerning:
2. Development of the most important user branches
3. Competitor’s sales activities
4.Development of customer’s needs
5. Customer potential

Requirements
Education:
 University Diploma in Plastics Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Machine Building or Business.
Skills:
 Business fluent in English, additional language skills are of advantage.
MS-Office.
Experience:
 Sales experience of complex technologies in the investment goods sector.
Characteristics:
 Self-confidence, independent working, assertiveness, reliability, flexibility, conviction capabilities, target-oriented way of working, willingness to travel, open-minded and social.
