职位描述：

Duties and Responsibilities

General Responsible for mold repair shop operation, including,

a. Manage day-in-day-out emergency mold repairing, set repair approach & priority, and feedback the schedule to production;

b. Set mold prevent maintenance schedule with production for production molds, and follow the schedule to conduct maintenance to mold, make sure the molds in good condition for production

c. Support new mold debugging;

d. Manage all equipment in mold repair shop, including set prevent maintenance schedule & implement, assure all equipment in good condition and safely to support daily operation;

e. Provide training, coaching, guidance to employee in mold repair shop, to build & improve knowledge & skills among those employees to more effectively handle their jobs;

d. Implement 6S, assure all employees are working in a clean, orderly, safety environment;

Special Need to handle productivity improvement projects in injection molding workshop which relevant to molds & line tooling;

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualification:

College educational background and above, graduate in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering or plastic engineering is plus

5+ years of working experience or training relevant experience in injection molding industry

Familiar with mold making process and machining equipment relevant to mold making & repairing and various mold structure as well;

Be familiar with toy industry is in advantage.

Good command of English in reading & writing.

Good command of AutoCAD, Pro-E and MS Office.
