招聘Recruitment:
? 管理招聘渠道-包括不限于根据各岗位需求识别，开发，使用各渠道。Manage the recruitment pipeline – Identifying, developing and executing sourcing strategies through different channels
? 负责日常招聘实施-包括不限于应聘者评估，面试，背调及其他入职相关准备。Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including but not limited to candidates assessment, conducting interviews, reference check, related onboarding handovers.
? 持续维护人才库数据。Develop a robust talent pool, drive data accuracy and consistency as per required.
? 跟踪潜在合适人员。Keeping on tracking the potential candidates till on boarding

员工关系Employee Relationship
? 负责入职和离职手续办理。Be responsible for enrolment & resignation.
? 负责人事数据更新。Be responsible for Personnel info Maintainance
? 每周监控人员出勤情况并采取相应措施。weekly monitor employees attendance status and conduct the related operation
? 提供给薪资计算人员操作工加班数据。Provide operator OT records to C&B.
? 考勤系统日常维护。Attendance system management
? 根据公司相关规定对员工进行奖惩。Be responsible for reward&punishment handling according to the regulation
? 定期与员工沟通，充当管理层和员工的桥梁。Communicate with employee periodically and be the bridge of Management and employees.
? 公司文化相关事务处理。 Company calture related topic handling.
? 其他上级安排的任务。 Other HR projects requested by the leader

要求：
? 全日制本科毕业，专业不限。
? 至少2年以上的招聘（或猎头）经验或员工关系处理经验，二选一或都有。
? 英语口语流利。
? 善于倾听，且让人信服。
