职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, plan and execute external and internal corporate communications strategies and programs;
- Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools;
- Maintain firm’s branding and visual identity guidelines. Ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities;
- Develop and implement sustainable digital programs and maintain the China website, SEO, Social media platform, such as WeChat, Weibo, Linked In ect;
- Identify and organize charity and community activities and engage participation of local employees;
- Create and follow up client engagement programs, client survey, market beat, and newsletter, improve client satisfaction rate;
- Apply the industry awards to improve corporate image and brand exposure;
- Effectively source, manage and supervise external vendors and occasional use of agencies;
- Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Required Knowledge & Skills
- TEM8 test for English major. Fluent English skill at writing and oral. Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus;
- Demonstrated ability in delivering results – requires skills of a hands-on marketer, with strategic insight;
- Demonstrated experience in a broad marketing role in PR/advertising, property, financial or professional services;
- Fluent in all aspects of the marketing – brand, media buying, digital, print production, web, outdoor;
- Client focused, demonstrating ability to provide quality service and advice within Marketing & Communications arena;
- Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations;
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization with excellent presentation skills;
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
- Proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and refined knowledge of computer tools;
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated and creative;
- Committed, highly flexible, and willing to learn and take up new responsibilities. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications
- University degree in communications/journalism/public relations/marketing or related discipline with at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience; (experience in property industry an advantage)
- 3 years+ experience in marketing management in a service-related industry;
- Writing skills and ability to edit existing writing;
