Working location: Bao’an International Airport, Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1) Plan and organize employment activities including advertising, dealing with appointed employment agencies, interviewing, selecting qualified candidates and accomplishing staffing efficiency. Develop, maintain and evaluate hiring channels.
2) Organize different types of communication meeting with employees via UPS communication channels, encourage employees to express their feelings, suggestions for the purpose of improving customer services. Deeply understand the operation process/ business requirement, timely get the information of organization change and identify the potential labor risk, provide HR professional solutions. Carry out the yearly Employee Engagement Survey.
3) Plan and organize activities to maintain and enhance employees' relations Plan and organize learning and development program to improve the abilities and knowledge of employees. Provide HR policy training to management, ensure HR policies can be fully understood and executed.
4) Effectively monitor HR administration, including leave management. Update HR information system timely.
Requirements:
1) Degree in Human Resources or in relevant discipline
2) At least 5 years related working experience, in which 2 years in HR management capacity
3) Good knowledge of local labor law
4) Excellent command of English and Chinese
5) Good computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all level of people
