Purpose of Job:
Support on creating sustainable improvement, standardization, laying foundation for continuous improvement.
Job Description:
Stragety Development and Implementation
1. Conduct learning map to introduce CPS concept
2. Contact BU responsible to collect expectation on CPS project from BU point of view before diagnostic phase
3. Performs on-site diagnostics and write respective diagnostics report
Coordination of Process
1. Collect requirement of capability building which necessary to implement CPS project on site
2. Support Area Optimization through coaching, training, workshop/meeting facilitations
3. Support/ organize monthly discussion on CPS project review in Area Optimization phase
4. Guide to make roadmap and proritize projects
Increase of Efficiency
1. Creates, develops and translates CPS Blue Print or training material
2. Collect Good/best practice in difference site to share within Clariant
3. Maintain and develop lean tools
Others
1. Function as CPS project manager
2. Other tasks assigned by the sames manager.
Requirements:
1. University graduate or relevant qualification
2. Sound knowledge and experience in production
3. Familier with Lean Six Sigma methodology
4. Self motivated and result orientiated, and able to work independently under time pressure
5. Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
