职位描述

Position: Sr. Customer Service Executive-Dior

Location: Shanghai Chuansha with shuttle bus

Purpose:

? The Sr. Customer Service Executive Dior is a key pillar to the logistics department, has expertise in customer service and is the person that drives the development of the customer service function.

? The main responsibility of the Sr. Customer Service Executive Dior is to provide an excellent service to the Dior points of sales in terms of order fulfillment, lead time reactivity and follow up.

? The Sr. Customer Service Executive Dior is responsible for follow-up on orders and dispatch, the management and optimization of the local supply chain as well as monitoring of related lead time and order fulfillment KPI's per region, city and point of sale.

? The Sr. Customer Service Executive Dior also plays a very active role in advising the counters and the Dior management team on counter replenishment practices, counter stock optimization with the objective to maximize sales potential whilst minimizing potential negative financial consequences.

? The Sr. Customer Service Executive Dior coordinates intensely with Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Department and actively participates in monthly product forecast meetings.


Main Responsibilities:

1) Customer Service:

- Ensure adequate processing of orders from loading in ERP to counter/client invoicing

- Ensure excellent customer service to counters/clients in terms of Order Fulfillment and On Time delivery for basic and launches

- Participate to the turnover follow up and budget realization per counter/client

- Provide sales team with timely and accurate information about product availability and shipping status

- Process counter/client claim (shortage, excess, damaged items received)

- Main interface between customer/Brand/Forwarder//Warehouse/Supply planning team


2) Logistics performance control (service, stock, cost)

- Optimize the POS replenishment process (frequency, order size) to level the workload structure while complying the customer service requirements (level of stock, lead time)

- Clubbing of the orders and optimizing the number of shipments, hence leading to reduction in outbound cost.

- Influence the counter/client to comply with pre-pack compliance ratio as much as possible

- Perform regular order fulfillment ratio, stock on counters and logistics cost analysis


3) Reporting and Documentation:

- Order fulfillment ratio analysis

- Lead time reporting

- Initiation of documentation of the customer service key work processes

- Monthly Balanced Score Card to monitor performances versus yearly objectives


Professional and Personal Skills:

1) Personal skills

- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills is highly required as the position requires co-ordination with other staff and customers

- Thorough follow up


2) Know how

- Basic knowledge in logistic issues (Incoterms, custom, transport, etc.)

- Proficient user of the MS Office package

- Axapta knowledge is a plus

- Fluent in English: speaking and writing


Background Required:

Diplomas / Experiences:

- Scholar background (University Bachelor Degree)

- 3-4 years logistics professional experience (customer service, supply chain, transport)

- Exposure to international work environment

- Industry experience is a strong advantage (cosmetic, luxury industry and/or FMCG)
