Skills and Requirements
Responsibilities Support:
? *The Support desk functions includes answering phone calls, e-mails and chats from
users who have questions or issues using the program.
?* Focus on customer service, speed and responsiveness.
?*Collaborate with teams from Europe and North America.
?* Contribute toward continuous improvement of the software and processes.
Responsibilities Training Specialist:
?*You will support both in-person and virtual classes for our existing and new CET
Designer users.
?* Regular travel is required in China to train customers
?* Together with the rest of the team, you will also continue on-going development of
curriculums, webinars and training materials related to CET Designer and interior
design.
Responsibilities Quality Assurance:
? *Quality assurance of graphical design system modules (CET Designer) by manual
testing and usage of various tools, and deliver reports detailing the results of test
activities.
? *Develop test plans based upon software requirements.
?*Work with development team to analyze and resolve defects.
*Collaborate with teams from South East Asia, Europe and North America.
?* Contribute toward continuous improvement of the software and processes.
Requirements (Skills):
? *Has strong interest of computer systems and software (e.g. troubleshooting graphic
drivers and operating systems related issues)
? *Space planning and interior design skills with CET Designer or programs like AutoCAD,
Pcon, CAP, ProjectMatrix or similar
?*Exceptional presentation skills
?* Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
?* Positive customer service focus with attention to detail.
?*Meticulous, systematic and well organized individual.
?* Strong team focus, flexible and able to multi-task.
?*Team-oriented attitude, willingness to be flexible and proactive
Beneficial but not required:
?*Experience from IT Support/Customer service
?*Experience in agile development process such as Scrum or Kanban.
?* Interest in user interface, user experience.
?* Having prior QA experience in the software development industry.
