职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the followings. Other duties may be assigned.
 
Functional Responsibilities
1. Perform internal audit assignments, including evaluation of internal controls, design of audit programs and supervision of fieldwork;
2. Assist Internal Audit Manager to prepare audit reports and report significant findings to senior management and audit committee; and follow-up remediation for identified internal control weaknesses;
3. Assist Internal Audit Manager to develop, formulate, and implement risk-based internal audit plan and risk assessment for the Group;
4. Assist Internal Audit Manager to execute ethical audit assignments and prepare ethical audit reports;
5. Assist Internal Audit Manager in ad hoc projects;
6. Lead and supervise junior internal auditor;
 
 
Skills Required
1. Handle multiple projects and meeting deadlines
2. Use effective interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy
3. Use organizational, decision-making and problem solving skills with attention to details and follow through
4. Fluent in English and Putonghua, both oral and written; excellent report writing skills
 
Computer Skills
Proficient in using MS Office Suite
 
Physical Requirements
Fit to travel to other countries to perform assignments and ad-hoc projects
 
Work Experience
1. Possess over 6 years internal auditing and accounting work experience. Prior work experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry is an advantage
2. In-house multinationals’ internal audit work experience is preferred
3. Prior work experience in US-SOX or C-SOX compliance or IPO projects is preferred
 
Education
Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field
 
Professional Qualification
