ARC Tooling Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd is a Swedish WOFE company, based in Shenzhen China. ARC’s target is to become one of the global leaders within the mould making industry.
Due to the groups ambitious plans we are currently looking for a very professional production manager who fully understands high precision moulding and who is a very experienced and successful leader. He or she will be based in ARC Tooling Technology’s factory.

General Job Description for the “Production Manager"
To manage the mould production in our mould making factory.
Responsible for ~90 employees in the production department.
Reporting to the managing director.
Requirements of candidates
Requirements:
1. Educated mould maker who fully understands every step in mould manufacturing with more than 15 years of experiences of high precision mould making, who is used to the highest possible requirements from European injection moulding customers.
2. A very good team leader with very good leadership skills, including coaching skills, staffs development, performance follow-ups etc.
3. Good organization skills and planning skills.
4.It must be an honest and fair person who always focuses all efforts on what is the best interest for the company.
5.It should be a structured person with a mindset focused on quality and caring about small details.
6. Good problem solving abilities.
7.Good analytical skills.
8.A result-oriented attitude.
9.A self starter.
10.Fluent in Mandarin and English.
11.Good mould designing skills is preferred.
