JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of North Finance Manager, conduct daily cash receipt and payment. Cash flow management of North region. Follow up with bank, tax and licenses for related issues.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:

1.Conduct daily cash receipt and payment through coordination with outsource partner and North stations.
2.Payment application review and process.
3.Cash flow management of North region.
4.Complete cash flow and other routine reports as per requirement.
5.Follow up with bank and tax authority for related issues.
6.Handle daily cash receipts, lockbox and incoming wires.
7.Reconcile lockbox reports every Friday.
8.Documents transfer to outsource partner including but not limited to payment applications, employees' reimbursements.
9.Follow up with license issues.
10.Other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Detail-oriented and self-initiative
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or related fields and at least three year experience.


SPECIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

-Good command of English
-Proficient in MS, especially Excel
