职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare milestone and Verification test for new project;
2. Conduct relevant product audit and repeat release tests; analyze the problem if there is any deviation;
3. Coordinate quality activities(Q-framework, product release, component release, First Delivery, Approbation, etc..), as quality representative for assigned NPI project to make sure the new NPI project can be launched with agreed milestones and targets;
4. Involve in new project quality issues follow up to ensure the project is launched with least quality problem;
5. Communicate with R&D for the quality standard and deviation.
6. Involve in daily production quality problem follow-up to continuously improve products’ quality ;
7. Maintain quality process control effectiveness and efficiency;
8. Design the test plan for trouble shooting;
9. Follow up Engineering Change (ECN) improvement;
10. Lead in-house APQP project to guarantee product safety launch report (on time & in good quality);

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience; Experience of domestic product test, understand IEC/UL/CCC standard is preferred, experience in MNC’s manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Competency and Skills :
1. Familiar with key quality tools such as SPC, Fish bone, 8D, etc.
2. Experience in Lab testing and management is a plus.
3. Good in reading, written and spoken Chinese and English
4. Good PC office software skill
5. Good communication skill
