Summary:
This position will be tasked with providing user support and training for Oracle EBS/ERP in Manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide user support for Oracle modules on R12 including OM, MFG, PO, Inventory, Finance
2. Troubleshoot user usage and system problem
3. Assist and enhance user system experience through customizing documentation and provide informal and ad hoc user training
4. Involve in new Oracle module / workflow implement to ensure the implementation is effective, understood and accepted
5. Responsible for application development and enhancement
6. Key team member of a 24 hours/7days organization that supports the Asia Pacific user base, but works in conjunction with global Oracle ERP team
Position Requirements:
1. BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
2. A minimum of five years work experience with more than 3 years experience in Oracle E-business suites
3. Prior knowledge and support experience in Oracle R12 Modules, OM, MFG, PO, Inventory
4. Knowledge on Financial Module will be an advantage
5. Proven track record as a problem solver with good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experienced with working in an environment with a standard development lifecycle management process
7. Ability to work well within a global organization.
8. Experience in the following development tools, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Interfaces and Oracle Application Development Framework
9. Ability to communicate in written English. Stationed in Huizhou or Shenzhen
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Good spoken English is a great advantage
2. MNC working experience
3. Support Oracle in factory environment
