职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

1) Secure the product quality requirements of Family Dollar at all times.
2) Conduct necessary QA activities as requested during the product life cycle in order to ensure the production meets with our expectation and requirements
3) Monitor production status. Identify, address and solve quality issues with the highest sense of urgency; report to the concerned stakeholders in case of issues
4) Drive for necessary corrective action plan on factory audit and any lab testing failures. Continuously seek for process improvement
5) Initiate and support the development of new products, specifications and protocols; manage the execution of necessary quality activities in an effective and efficient manner
6) Provide training and share knowledge/information to co-workers and suppliers with respect to Quality and Compliance requirements, updates and related matters
7) Review lab testing and inspection reports, coordinate with the 3rd party service providers on testing status and scheduling issue. Verifying and keep track on their performance and drive for the continuous improvement.
8) Collaborate with the sourcing and merchandising teams in resolving issues, overcome any difficulties and constraints of projects and provide necessary support
9) Support the development of suppliers to ensure their understanding of any regulatory, safety and Family Dollar’s quality and performance requirements
10) Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignment as requested by the supervisor

Job Requirements
(Please indicate Education / Experience / Technical Skills and Other Skills & Competences required for this role.)
1) Bachelor degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent
2) Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences with multinational organizations preferably with exposure to US market.
3) Good understanding on the production process
4) Knowledgeable on quality assurance & control requirements for any one of the following product categories: Apparel of Men/Ladies, toddlers, Childrenwear, Footwear, Accessories, etc
5) Familiar with AQL Sampling, US FDA, CPSC regulations and UL standards
6) Good knowledge of CSR Audit, Technical Audit, GMP and HACCP requirements
7) Hands-on experience for working with 3rd party laboratory and familiar with product testing methods and inspection standards would be an advantage
8) Good command of written and spoken English
9) Able to handle stress and work under high work pressure
10) Good problem solving & decision making skills. Ability to manage process effectively
11) Positive attitude, open-minded, detailed oriented. A quick learner and a team player
12） Good interpersonal & communication skill. Ability to communicate with all levels
13） Good PC skills (eg MS Excel, Word and Outlook.)
