职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、受理本公司所投放的网站商城（如：1688、淘宝）等客户在线咨询、投诉、电话咨询等，及时回复跟进处理；
2、进行订单回复，及时跟进订单；
3、收集用户提出的问题及建议，回复网上客户留言；
4、处理日常上货及货品更新，解决客户投诉纠纷、维护良好的客户关系；
5、以客户满意为中心，时刻维护公司形象；
6、上级交办的其他相关工作事务；
任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历，专业不限，外语良好更佳；
2、 计算机操作熟练，打字速度每分钟80字以上；
3、 性格随和严谨，认真细致，有耐心，责任感强；
4、 有较好的语言魅力和团队合作精神，注重集体荣誉感；

1、 入职三天均购买社保（五险）；
