Main duties and responsibilities:

? Driver for Managing Director & Family as priority.
? 首先配合接送总经理及家人
? Driver for LINAK employees and guests according to leader’s requirements
? 根据领导的指派接送LINAK员工及客人
? Support Admin. supervisor to manage the company car (Mazda & Lamando)
? 配合行政主管管理公司车辆（马自达及凌渡）
? Clean and tidy the inside and outside of the car
? 保持车辆内外整洁
? Keep car filled with gas and collect gas/road toll invoice on time to leader
? 保持车有足够的汽油, 定期收集油/粤通卡发票,并按时交给上级领导
? Schedule car maintenance, yearly audit based on approval from leader.
? 经领导批准后定期进行车的保养,并跟进年审
? Keep & log receipts for gas, road toll, parking fee etc. for reimbursement
? 保留汽油，路桥费，停车费等发票并报销
? Other various support for Managing Director and HR& Admin.
? 配合总经理及人事行政部的其他工作

? Strong safety consciousness and driving skill

? Good team spirit and service mind, reliable and trustworthy personality
? 具备优秀团队合作精神，服务意识强，为人可靠，值得信赖
? Be familiar with basic repairing skill of vehicle
? 熟悉车辆基本维修技能
? Follow strictly the company policy to park the car well during business- off time in company’s garage.
? 严格执行公司规定，非工作时间，需把车辆停放好于公司停车场

? Monday thru Friday: 8:30 – 17:00
? 星期一到星期五： 8：30 – 17：00
? Need to work earlier or later even during weekend time when necessary.
? 根据工作需要,提前或推迟上下班或者周末加班
