Description:
? Design and develop new product applications/demo boards, application support and customer visits

Essential duties:
? Make reference design and verification of Sub-GHz RF transceiver products.
? Provide applications support, RF circuits, PA/LNA and antenna design and debug.
? Resolve customer applications issues, work with design/ test to ensure adequate test coverage and support evaluation of customer field returns.
? Develop design-in support through interfacing with clients, field sales & marketing personnel.
? Active participation with marketing and design engineering in the evolution of product definition.
? Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations and training
? Improve junior engineers’ skills and guide them to work

Requirements:
? Major in Electronic Engineering or communication Engineering, BSEE required, MSEE preferred
? Minimum of 5 years R&D experience in RF circuit or wireless product design
? Strong knowledge and experience of RF circuit, PA/LNA and antenna design
? Good knowledge of RF simulation tools such as ADS,HFSS
? Experience of PCB layout design, skilled in EDA tools such as Altium/Protel and/or Orcad
? Skilled in RF equipment such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer, RF tuner, Noise Figure Tester
? Basic understanding of MCU and C/C++
? FPGA and DSP knowledge or experience would be helpful
? Must be proactive and independent with strong problem solving & communication skills and innovative
? Good communication of oral & written English
