职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Product Portfolio management for defined Industry vertical in LS APAC. Manage the 4P's of marketing mix. Define Product specs, price positioning,
2.Product Lifecycle management.
3.Launch management & phase out. Prepare Launch materials (Samples, Leaflets, Fighting guides, etc.)
4.Identify market potential in cooperation with strategy & marketing and sales
5.Coordinate Benchmarking & competitive analysis
6.Train the trainer for product marketing and specs
7.Product development process Q0-Q1 management

Requirements:
8.2+ year’s relevant assistant experience in a multinational 5-8 years’ experience in Product Management (product creation), preferably in the lighting industry and preferably in Luminaires. 2nd priority industry experience company
2.Background in marketing, project management, development or sales in relevant industry segment is seen as valuable as well.
3.Be able to work in matrix organization. Motivate and able to move people
