职位描述：
Service
1. Support two senior consultants on student cases and parent communication (follow up email translation and meeting translation).
2. Create and maintain student folders on Gokuai.
3. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by collecting parents feedback to the team and deliver plans to the parents. OCs need to contact parents on a weekly basis through phone/meeting/wechat to update them student’s progress and collect feedback.
4. Conduct quarterly feedback meeting with parents and bring feedback to the team by writing feedback report.
5. Cooperation with Academy Team to help students schedule class and support senior consultants to implement the test prep plan.
Marketing & Sales
1. Support marketing events by translating the materials like wechat articles or seminar PPT and site translation for the presenter.
2. Follow up the leads generated from the marketing events and try to convert to PO students.
3. Follow up the leads referred by Academy Team and try to convert to PO students.
Training
1. Contribute to OC on-boarding training and provide individual input to help new hired members to adapt to the job as soon as possible.

Qualifications:
? Fluency in Chinese and English
? Attention to detail
? Highly organized
? Excellent communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft office and office machinery
? Ability to conduct research
? Willingness to learn and work with students
? Ability to take initiative
? Knowledge of U.S. education system is a bonus
