职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Define & develop a winning CRM model for ADP China business with solid rationale.
‐ Define & develop a winning CRM model/strategy by understanding brand DNA, codes, business, our retails and our consumers.
‐ Monitor competitor’s CRM trends closely and adjust our strategy if any.
? Provide excellent CRM programs/executions to achieve set CRM KPIs.
‐ Based on data segmentation result to design CRM plan/mechanisms and evaluate results. (event, communication and gifting)
‐ Monitor and set KPI on monthly basis and provide action plans accordingly.
? Recruit new customers
‐ Define new customer recruitment strategy and action plans
‐ Design CRM campaigns for potential consumers via coop with key retailers, cross luxury industries, good 3rd party database to convert prospects
? Retain existing customers by establishing close bonding
‐ Manage existing VIP members for conversion/retention/trade up
‐ Set up loyalty programs and memberships to guarantee good bonding with brand.
? Provide business intelligence to further improve brand’s business
‐ Set up CRM KPI/result tracking on monthly basis - pull relevant consumer database for important store activities.
‐ Monthly report on recruitment/conversion/retention, new product launch consumer tracking report, link sell report.
? Closely work with different departments including retails for fruitful coop results.
? Well manage CRM budget on monthly basis.
? Well manage CRM agency for solid campaign performance and overall strategy execution.
? Develop & maintain brand database by working with Sales (on POS) and IT
REQUIREMENTS
? Holder of a Bachelor's degree required.
? Minimum 3 years CRM experience
? Experience working in luxury brands, retail, cosmetics or consumer goods industry
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
? Strong strategic & analytical capability, with solid CRM knowledge and experience in cosmetic industry.
