职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
-Diagnose breakdown problems.
-Fit new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
-Carry out quality inspections on jobs.
-Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
-Housekeeping of maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
-Monitor and control maintenance costs.
-Deal with emergency, unplanned problems and repairs.
-Improve Workplace Safety and Health procedure.
-Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
-Ensure backup plan, in case of breakdowns to the machinery and equipment.
-Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
-Use Lean Six Sigma concepts to optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
-Ensure application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting.

Requirement：
-Business skills - maintenance engineers may be responsible for managing budgets.
-The capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures.
-Team-working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
-The ability to negotiate with, and persuade others.
-Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
-The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
-Fluent speaking and writing English.
-Understand PLC language and general control box wiring drawing.
