Responsibilities
1. Build strong and trustful relationship with suppliers & improve supplier quality, cost and service performance through supplier matrix
2. To build short term and long term tactics and strategies to minimize the cost and maximize the service level
3. To give recommendation to improve and streamline process flow
4. Review the sourcing requests fromHO and evaluate the project feasibility, verify
the project information and provide timely response
5. Develop feasible project plan and provide competitive costs or alternative options to meet the project target
6. Manage and implement strategic productivity initiatives to desired results
7. Continuously monitor commodity trend while constantly identify PI opportunities.
8. Identify risk on project on-time delivery, cost and quality, and develop practical contingency plan to manage the risk with the support of team members and the suppliers
9. Follow the NPD phases process and make sure NPD is launched successfully.
10. Manage and execute the quality control process and work through the CAR process till the quality non-compliance issue is resolved.
Requirements
1. Familiar with manufacturing process of plastic, metal and electronic products
2. Understand the manufacturer cost and Good at cost analysis
3. Good sourcing and negotiation skills needed
4. Good at English spoken and written
5. Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years working experience
