Job Description:

- Direct management of APAC PIA SSL SMF projects being reference and direct interface with PIA sales.
- Developing, tracking, and updating the project schedule and managing it through a formal Quality gate process.
- Proactively managing risks and issues, including development of mitigation plans and escalation when necessary.
- Managing the development of project plans and assuring its effective execution in accordance with customer requirements.
- Building a team where all members and points of view are respected, encouraging interactions between different departments (sales, marketing, R&D, quality, industrialization and manufacturing).
- Clearly communicating roles, expectations, and work direction to all team members on a regular basis;
- Holding team members accountable for meeting timeline expectations and assuring adherence to defined corporate and development processes.
- Organizing, managing and documenting team meetings / Managing, facilitating, and documenting weekly project status meetings.
- Communicating project status, problems and issues to the project teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Providing feedback to functional technical managers towards the performance of project resources.
- To lead some SSL specific projects that could be out of the PM scope (for instance specific entertainment projects).

Requirements:

- Experience in relevant electronic, semiconductors and/or high tech industries;
- At least 3/4 years of experience in managing product development projects from concept to mass production. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to execute technical projects;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practice;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive a project to completion;
- Strong leadership and communication skills to all functional levels, from Sr. Management, to peers, and to all functions required to complete projects;
- Fluency in English both spoken and written;
