SENIOR SOCIAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER/ SOCIAL COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE - SHANGHAI

Responsibility :
- Conduct compliance audits to factories as per company guidelines and the local laws/ regulations
- Review and assess factory audits progress in accordance to the company requirements
- Assist to analysis gaps and to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP), monitor and report on the progress in improving any identified non-compliance issues
- Prepare required reports on a timely basis
- Frequent travel within China and irregular working hours are necessary

Qualification :
- University graduate
- At least 2 years working experience with at least 1 year in corporate social responsibility, human rights or related field
- Good in both spoken and written English with a minimum level of 6 in CET
- Mature, decisive, with good communication skill and high ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment
- Candidate with more experience may consider as the Social Compliance Officer / Senior Social Compliance Officer
