To conduct general receptionist duties.
管理全体前台接待人员。
To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operation Manual.
根据企业操作手册,提供高水准服务。
To assist front desk staff in responding to the phone call and enquiries in professional manner.
帮助前台员工为客人提供专业的电话接待。
To identify, evaluate and solve guests’ complaints in timely manner.
及时确认、评估并解决客人投诉。
To coordinate spa promotion & media events and provide necessary information about facilities, special promotion & service as requested.
协调spa宣传和媒体事务,按要求提供有关设备、特别促销和服务的必要信息。
To create receptionist schedule.
制定前台接待员安排时间表。
To provide on the job training to new staff member.
为新员工提供职业培训。
To oversee group booking and interface with hotel property.
与酒店联系监督团体预订情况。
To ensure the receptionist, associated equipments and all work areas are clean and well maintained at all time.
确保前台接待员,所有工作区域内的相关设备和良好的维护清洁卫生
To handle the billing system and ensure that it is carried out accurately in accordance with accounting policies & procedures.
运用计费系统确保按财务政策和程序准确地进行收费。
To control the cash flow system and transactions process at the reception area.

To actively motivate the staff to sell difference spa treatment & new promotions to maximize the revenues.

To update the Receptionist Log Book & notice Board.
更新接待日志通告板。
To check the daily reports and update the monthly reports accurately and efficiently.
准确高效地检查日报并更新月报。
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manger or supervisor’s guidelines.
按时完成spa经理或总监分配的工作。
To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
服从公司工作安排。
