职位描述：
1. Manage company’s certificates, including the application, renewal, yearly review and update.
2. Work with various vendors to ensure the office facility, furniture, company car, computer and other equipment are in good condition and can support the business needs efficiently.
3. Coordinate the legal related needs.
4. Organize and facilitate company activities and meetings.
5. Handle the receptionist’s work and provide assistance when needed.
6. Book the airline, train ticket and hotels per need.
7. Assist the office security work.
8. Optimize administration related working standard, execute and monitor related process/procedure.
9. Assist employees to deal with all kinds of certificates, such as work permits for foreign passport employees, residence permit of Shanghai, etc. 举报 分享
