SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:
To ensure company’s regulations/processes are in compliance with related legal provisions;
To create and maintain the good relations between employee and the employers on positive direction;
Plan/organize variaous of employee activities to help build up a harmonious working environment to support talent retention and engagement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Engage with employees and leadership across the organization to conduct Employee Relations related assessments and investigations/disciplinary actions and discuss continuous improvement opportunities in the area of employee relations;
? Promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance with regards to company policy and relevant employment laws through consulting/coaching/and training;
? Deliver and monitor the employee communication to improve transparency aim at employee commitment improvement and recognition programs effectively;
? Maintain and strengthen the employee relations activities and enhance the satisfaction level;
? Regular review of all HR policies, process, operations in compliance with related legal provisions and avoid risks;
? Labour contract and employment management
? Conduct exit interview and provide analysis report for improving turn over
? Provide employee with value added service to improve employee satisfaction
? Employee Satisfaction and Engagement measurement and coordination
? CSR (Cooperate Social Responsibility)
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor or above, major in HR management or related;
? Minimum 5-8 years HR or legal related experience, 8 years or above experience expected. Has previous experience in handling employee cases;
? Strong written/verbal Chinese/English communication and facilitation/presentation skills;
? Familiar with all aspects of employment and labor related laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices
? Be seasoned with employee activities planning/organization/execution
? Good at communication and conflicts management
? Fluenet in writing and speaking English
