职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1、Lead the Guangzhou supply chain organisation spanning across supply chain operations & implementation, supply chain network optimization, purchasing, inventory management, production planning and scheduling, demand management, distribution management, transport management and warehousing;

2、Formulate factory operations short and medium term plans in line with regional strategies and direction;

3、Provide leadership in creating functional excellence to avail the organisation of a competent and high potential team to meet and exceed the supply chain demands of the business. Build a cost efficient supply chain so as to provide valued added service to the customers and hence support business in the region;

4、Lead the development and implementation of new processes, including the definition and implementation of supply chain key performance indicators, operational planning, decision making process, product rationalization, redesign of logistics network and raw materials purchasing processes;

5、Implement the necessary supply chain infrastructure in the factory to support growth. This involves supporting the start-up of new facilitates, implementation of ERP system, adaption of new distribution network and production outsourcing. It also involves setting up the necessary factory organisation;

6、Provide leadership in Health, safety and Environment and Quality assurance in the factory;

7、Develop and manage Factory supply chain budget;

8、Develop managers to operate at the optimal competency level as required by the business.

Requirements:

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering or Chemistry. Minimum 6 years’ experience in a factory supply chain management leadership role;

Experience and knowledgeable with Supply chain processes, including purchasing, planning, production, logistics, HSE and quality assurance & control;

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
