职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for Customer Service Processes for the CARMEN project (e.g. complaint and inquiry handling, NPS/KR/RA integration, online requests).
? Set up and manage proper processes for request and complaint handling (including Case code management and FAQ).
? Set up proper processes for follow-up calls for different purposes (survey, activation, qualification).
? Discuss, plan, monitor the implementation of requirements in the respective IT Systems (CARMEN, DMS, Connected Drive, eCOM, SILO, DWH) within international project environment.
? User training and user documentation for CARMEN/CSC processes.
? Define the CSC process requirements for CRM at wholesale and retail level.
? Overall testing for Inquiry and complaint and ensure quality after go live.
? Manage the relationship between CRM and CIC operation / after sales take the lead of how the business requirement is translated into system usage.
Qualification:
? University degree / graduated in economics, social sciences or industrial engineering.
? Expert knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Experience in Business Process Design and CRM implementation projects.
? High level of teamwork and communication skills.
? Proficient English, German would be an advantage.
? 4-6 years solid work experience in sales or marketing.
? 4-6 years IT project management experience.
