职位描述：
Plush Toys Product Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Set Schedule for the new product development as well as the engineering tasks and lead the team to hit each milestone.
2. Work with US development team on AS & PPS approval program and on-site evaluate and explain the sample requirements with factories to make sure the compliance, especially for int’l well known buyers likes Target, TRU, Walmart, Walgreen, etc.
3. Self-drive to hold the design review meeting with vendor and cross functional team to build in quality and manufacturing in the design.
4. Secure to provide accurate engineering information to other teams and maintain it in the system.
5. Proactively update the team of development status to secure every party in on the same picture
6. Self-drive to figure out the root cause of any project issues and lead team to come up with solution towards them.
7. Work closely with vendor to clearly understand their perspective over the product as well as clearly present our own requirement to secure the product’s quality and manufacturing feasibility.
8. Work closely with US counterpart to smoothly resolve the conflicts between consumer view point and manufacturing limits to secure the target of time, cost and quality.
9. Secure the production line capacity and stable quality by reviewing and approving the production jigs and testing fixtures at suppliers before production started up.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder in mechanical design, textile technology or related
2. At least 5 years working experience in plush toy development, experience in electronic plush toys is preferred
3. Be familiar with mechanical structures, molding technology, textile technology
4. Be familiar with US and EN toy standard
5. Be good both at oral and written English
6. Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, energetic and good interpersonal skills.



毛绒玩具产品工程师职位描述：

1. 负责跟进毛绒玩具(包括电动毛绒玩具)开发的产品安全和生产工艺评估.

2. 配合美国开发部确认结构样品和生产样品，和工厂沟通，在工厂对样品进行评估及讲解，确保样品符合买家的要求，例如Target, TRU, Walmart, Walgreen等国际知名销售商。

3. 给其他相关部门提供准确的产品规格信息并系统维护数据.


4. 出现问题时能积极寻找根本原因并提出有效解决方案。

5. 和供应商紧密沟通，充分了解对方对产品的认识并详细讲解我们对产品的要求，确保产品符合质量要求和生产可行性。

6. 密切配合美国开发同事，有效协调消费者的消费要求和工厂的生产限制之间的冲突，达到货期，成本和质量的一致。

任职要求：
1、工作地点：深圳，需要经常去江苏，安徽等工厂出差。
2、机械设计，纺织品或者相关专业全日制大专及以上学历；
3、5年以上毛绒玩具开发经验；
4、熟悉机械结构，模具开发，纺织品生产工艺；
5、熟悉欧洲和美国的玩具安全标准；
6、良好的英语书写和口语能力；
