主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
. 指导和管理区域销售及区域市场业务,促使区域执行公司的销售政策和目标;审核经销商候选人陈述资料 基于注册信息和标杆信息,监控中国市级、省级市场发展与变化,以提供DS区域划分与DS销售潜力分析建议 Monitor China Market evolution and change at City and Province level based on Registration and Benchmark information to propose DS geographical split of DS Sales potential
. 巩固每个销售区域的DS销售潜力,根据销售潜力提出网络发展计划 Consolidate DS Sales Potential per Sales territories and propose Network Plan to address this Sales Potential
.保持与其他目标品牌的对标(网络,网络计划,创新分区,标准……) Maintain Benchmark with target other Brands (Network, Network Plan, Innovative Distribution, Standards, …)
. 规范和管理全国的销售活动。 对申请人进行预测,鉴定和评分以扩展DS网络和为DS网络委员会提供方案以执行DS网络计划。 Prospect, identify and score applicants to expand DS Network and propose projects to Network Committee to execute DS Network Plan
. 根据每个项目批准的商务计划,保证设计、建设计划是最优化的,且是严格受控的。According to the approved business plan for each project make sure design and construction planning is optimized and kept under strict control
. 跟进建设以保证DS品牌标准一致,并按时开业 Follow-up construction to ensure DS Brand standard consistency and on-time opening
. 管理投资人关系,包括从预选投资人到再次投资人 Manage investor relationship from prospection to re-investment
. 开发并交付网络业绩报告和相关分析 Develop and deliver Network performance reporting and relevant analysis
. 按DS品牌把DS风格的物料要求具体化,比如家具、符号,并保证合格的来源 Specify requirement for Specific DS identification material in coordination with DS Brand such as furniture, signs, and insure proper sourcing.
内部协调任务/ Internal coordination task :
. 推动DS网络委员会 Animate DS Network Committee
. 协调销售/售后:在经销商审核和试运行期间,保证顺利交付给区域经理 With Sales / Aftersales: insure smooth handover to District Manager after Dealer Audit and during ramp-up stage
任职条件/Qualifications:
. 学历:本科或以上Education : University or equivalent
. 英语流利 Fluent in English
. 扎实的谈判与管理技能Proved Negotiation and Management skills
. 在相关商业环境内至少十年以上工作经验,汽车行业的经销商总经理、销售、网络发展等为佳 Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant commercial environment ideally: dealer GM, sales, network development in car industry
. 有豪华汽车行业品牌经验优先 Previous experience in a premium car industry brand is a plus
. 精通办公Office软件 Excellent Microsoft Office skills
