职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY: To strengthen our team in China we are looking for ambitious and hands on Factory
Quality Engineers. The roles are based in Fuling, Chongqing or Tongzi, Huizhou and have a major
responsibility in monitoring, continuously improving and maintaining all Production/Quality processes, as
well as analysis and problem solving of internal and external complaints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Performs Root cause analysis and provides solutions to internal (NSR) and external (RMA) complaints
and monitors the implementation of corrective action for process related concerns. Ensures targets of
RMA solutions are kept while maintaining and exceeding quality levels throughout the factory.
? Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the company’s quality system, standards
and policies by means of 5S, Kaizen lean methods.
? Use quality tools (8D, 5xWhy) to analyze quality issues; Participates in NSR meetings to initiate problem
solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements by means of 8D &
CAPA reports.
? Identifying quality risks throughout all processes i.c.w. recommendations and delivering quality
solutions.
? Evaluates, coordinates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design,
materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities and
assembly methods hereby Introducing efficient production line methods and initiates, coordinates and
directs procedures to increase daily output and reduce errors due to machine failures and bad
workmanship.
? Line First article inspections (LFAI) and reports for existing and new product introductions (NPI) including
CpK and SPC process methods.
? Performs PPAP activities, control plan, PFMEA’s and MSA’s.
? Assists in the investigation of product modifications to ensure quality standards are met and
participates in a smooth Implementation of engineering changes (ECx), document/part control, in
process quality controls, PPM, and quality metrics tracking and daily/weekly analysis of productions
(first pass) yield reporting.
? Analyze the production process and WIP/raw material quality control; proposing adjustments to the
production process as needed to assure the attainment of business objectives while insuring products
standards will exceed the company’s quality standards.
? Oversees that product reliability testing standards and product acceptance criteria are implemented
& followed.
? Trains production team members to enhance quality and compliance.
? Enforces document compliance but not limited to: raw material (component), FG quality levels,
National and international safety standards and may assist in quality audits.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor/Engineering degree (preferred) or college degree with relevant training courses
(considerable)
? Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English (CET 4 or 6 or equivalent).
? A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality Engineering role or other Quality position is preferred.
? Experience in Electronic component manufacturing is a plus.
? Previous work experience in a western manufacturing environment in Asia is preferred but not
obligatory. Candidates must be familiar, and feel comfortable with western work methods.
? The vacancy requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to process
information quickly and in a manner that's consistent with existing procedures and instructions. Self
motivated, independent and confident to take initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
? Adheres to direction from management on sudden changes in personal schedules and priorities.
? Adheres to all requirements for confidentiality of corporate information.
? Willingness to live in China in one of the above mentioned locations for the major part of the year.

COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Mastery of MS Windows and MS office applications.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the
day; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts
