职位描述：
The role of the China Social & Environmental Compliance Manager is to perform Social (voluntary labour, labour hours, hiring and employment practices, compensations, health & safety, ethic…) & Environmental audits on our Chinese Suppliers
Task
? Perform Social & Environmental audits on our Suppliers in accordance with the Rusta Routines
? Follow up and develop Suppliers, identify best practices, analyse root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions
? Combine environmental knowledge and Customer view with cost efficient solutions
? Develop & train other auditor’s competence on how Rusta Social & Environmental audits shall be conducted
? Secure that the audits are performed in the most cost effective way based on Supplier, Product, competence and Geography
? Inform our Suppliers co-workers on why it is important to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Skills & experience
- At least 5-year extensive experience in conducting Social & Environment audit (BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, SAI, GSCP….)
- Good knowledge of the China Labour & Environmental Laws
- Knowledge on raw materials environmental impact is preferred but not a must
- High integrity
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to build trust and communicate in a clear and targeted way with different people in various situations
- Ability to make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity
- Experience of working through others, set priorities, delegate responsibility and give open and honest feedback
- Positive approach
- Self-motivated problem solver
- Can work in Team and alone
