Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar degree
        电子工程本科学士或者类似学历
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment
        至少五年的制造业公司电子工程师相关工作经验
* Minimum 5 years of experience in LED Lighting industry
        至少五年的LED灯具工作产业经验，精通产品的组装与老化测试，评估产品的使用寿命。
* Minimum 5 years of experience in new product design & development
        至少五年的新产品研发设计工作经验
* Must be fluent in Chinese; must have excellent reading/writing skill in English and good speaking/listening skill in English
        需中文流利和有熟练的听说读写英文能力
* Proven history of continual improvement accomplishments
        有持续改进成就的历史证明
* Strong leadership skills that includes a strong sense of ownership and a good sense of urgency

* Working knowledge of industrial electrical design procedures and standards

Job description：
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Electrical Project Engineer. The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for the execution of all electrical projects associated with product design and development. The Electrical Project Engineer will perform smaller projects on their own and oversee our manufacture partners on larger projects.

Responsible for development of project scope, engineering specifications and cost estimates for all projects as assigned. Manage electrical engineering projects, including design, engineering, estimating, and scheduling, obtaining manufacture partners’ quotes, supervising and following up prototyping process and initial production process with manufacture partners.
负责完成所分配的所有开发项目，包括项目范围，工程规格书和成本估算。管理电子工程项目，包括设计，工程，评估，调度，获得生产合作厂商的报价，与生产合作厂商监督和跟进原型样品生产工艺和首批批量生产工艺。

Reports to the engineering director in DSC Global Chicago Office. Indepen¬dently performs assign¬ments with in¬structions as to the general results expected. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems. Receives supervisory ap¬pro¬val of project deliverables during the course of implementation.
汇报给迪实科技芝加哥办公室工程总监。按照需求的结果，独立完成分配的任务。处理异常或复杂问题的技术指导。在生产执行过程中，接受项目交付的监督批准。
 
Researches and understands the applicable industry and government standards (CE, UL, CSA, etc.). Leads the creation/revision of models and drawings in the appropriate CAD software (SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics, AutoCAD…..)
研究和了解相关行业和政府的标准（CE、UL、CSA、等）。在相应的CAD软件（Solidworks，ProE，UG，AutoCAD， .....）创建/修订模型和图纸。需要熟悉以下绘制PCB板软件，PADS, Protel 99 SE, Altium Designer，要精通其中一种。精通以下的仪器应用，如：示波器、电子负载仪、功率计、万能表、高压仪、电烙铁、积分球 等等……

  DSC Global LLC, founded at Chicago, IL, USA in the year of 2009, is your one-stop shop for your custom plastic injection molded products with ISO 9001 :2015, mainly engaged in product design/ development, mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, and secondary operations for a wide range of industries.   We have up to 80 employees on staff. 10 superior mold designers with more than 10 years experience and 5 experienced and professional project engineers are greatly familiar with the mold standards of Europe and North America.   Our Plant operates 24/7 and are geared to handle new design and builds, as well as any engineering changes or any modification work that is required by our customers.   We are able to build mold size up to 2 meters. Include prototype mold, serial mold, multi-cavity mold, insert mold, 2 shot mold, stack mold and etc. In 2018, DSC's mold design capacity increased to 30-40 sets per month, mold manufacturing capacity increased to 20-30 sets per month.
