职位描述：
1. 负责计划、实施、管理和控制企业财务相关的活动，包括税务、会计、财务预测和预算,战略规划、工作成本评估,资产管理、事务分析和谈判,投资者关系等，建立财务相关的操作流程和合规控制。
2. 组织编制企业年度成本、利润、资金、费用等有关的财务指标计划，定期检查、监督、考核计划的执行情况，结合经营实际，及时调整和控制计划的实施。
3. 对企业财务管理体系的建立与建全出谋划策。督促各项制度的实施和执行。
4. 定期编制年、季、月度和各类财务会计报表，做好年度会计决算工作。
5. 负责编写财务分析报告，提出企业风险控制措施。
6. 负责固定资产及专项资金的管理。
7. 负责流动资的管理。合理有计划地调度资金。
8. 负责企业成本费用核算工作，正确核算成本费用，制定适合企业特点和管理要求的核算方法。力争做到成本费用核算标准化。费用控制合理化。
9. 负责企业财务审计和会计稽核工作。
10. 认真完成领导交办的其他工作任务

资历要求：
a. 正规大学本科及以上学历， 有会计师证或其他相关财务资质证明， 五年以上相关岗位经验。 基于合资双方一方为央企， 一方为外企， 具备国企背景工作者优先，能够对央企的财务系统游刃有余， 同时具备基本的英语读写能力， 能够与外企的财务体系融洽连接。
b. 具备较好的沟通技巧，能够与政府、银行等机构顺利协调，包括融资等。
c. 具备对企业的忠诚度
