Job Responsibilities

? Lead supply chain compliance team on social and product compliance management.
? Assure supply chain social compliance to EICC standard, local law and customer requirements, including communicates supplier code of conduct to suppliers, conduct audits/assessment to verify its compliance and follow up the corrective action on nonconformities from the audits.
? Lead supply chain conflict mineral project according to the SEC and OECD guideline, including conduct annual conflict mineral survey and carry out due intelligence action to mitigate the conflict mineral risk identified in the supply chain.
? Coordinate product compliance project in supply chain to assure its compliance to legal (such as RoHS/REACH etc) and customer requirement.
? Support the customer audit and 3rd party audit pertaining to supply chain.
? Provide guidance and technical support to other supply chain teams (SDE/CM) in compliance area.
? Support other compliance project such as CTPAT, Country of Original, and Visual Compliance etc.

Skills/Qualifications

? 8+ years prior full-time relevant work experience in social or product compliance area, preferably with a large corporation and/or consulting firm.
? 3+ years management experience is required, good skill on team communication and driving.
? Significant experience with factory operations, monitoring, auditing, and remediation, factory quality system background is preferred.
? Knowledge of applicable national and international regulatory requirements and industry standards related to social and product compliance.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little direction.
? Fluent in both Chinese and English is required - both written and verbal.
? Available for domestic and international travel.
