职位描述：
Responsibilities：
Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations.
?Leading the Industrial engineering team
?Set up labor cost optimization goals and objectives, figure out the approach, organize implementation, assure the target reached.
?Guiding and supporting the overall production strategy
?Development and optimization of the production system
?Managing all IE projects, especially the labor efficiency improve and cost down projects.
?Follow up OPS projects (transfers, standardizations) as well as China build up KaiZen project
?IE knowledge and tools training and Staff development
?On-going optimization with Kaizen and Lean methods
?Lean training and Lean culture build up
?Managing the kaizen projects to achieve the company goals

Requirement:
?Bachelor degree ,At least 8 years of appropriated experience, recently three years as IE manager.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skill
?Strong project management experience
