Job Description


? Print out and scan invoices into the system
? Checking and processing various invoices (PO, Non-PO & Pre-Approved)
? Checking and auditing employee business expenses (in Oracle iExpense reports)
? Other adhoc projects and tasks given by the AP Manager
?
Requirements

? University student major in Business, English, Finance & Accounting or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply;
? Some internship or related experience in Accounts Payables will be advantageous;
? Highly organized and comfortable working with MS office software
? Strong attention to detail
? Good command of English and Mandarin is required
