职位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

• Cost Center Controlling of Sales department and Corporate Authority & Diplomatic Sales department, including:

- Budgeting, forecast and actual consolidation and analysis, prepare monthly budget spending report.

- Control the purchase process (expenses, costs, investment).

- Cooperate with financial accounting departments for monthly, yearly closing.

• Budgeting, forecast and closing regarding CoR (Cost of Retail) functions, prepare evaluation reports and monthly closing data to business department and management.


• CoR matrix controlling, including by region, by product, by sales channel and by CoR programs. Deep understanding of each business nature, and professional of financial analysis regarding each business case.


• Coordination of closing reports send to accounting.


• Used Car CoR controlling, including budget, provision, business case evaluation and price check.


• CoR payment check, by lead intern, to ensure the 3-3-3 payment is fully met by controlling.


• Information log control, such as meeting minutes, policy log, provision log, etc.


• Support internal and external audit.


• Improve CoR system and CoR tools.


• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting (Master preferred).


• Accounting knowledge, CPA, ACCA and AICPA preferred.


• Experience in finance or accounting field.


• At least 2 year working experience in foreign manufacture company or big four accounting firm.


• Logical thinking.


• Strong sense of responsibility.


• Self-motive and well-organized.


• Interest in data and detail.


• Work under pressure when assigned heavy tasks.


• Proficient English, German would be an advantage.


• Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge.
