Be the SCC supervisor to manager the onsite contractor team Supply chain security (sub con security/scrapping in HK and IP Protection) China/HK electronic security system operation Security project management Security program development and implementation Emergency response program implementation Receive/send/forward expresses Visitor registration and upload badge transaction records Issue / Retrieve badges Account for badge inventory monthly Grant/remove badge access Sign resignation sheets and retrieve badges Pass PO goods to end user and scan DN to logistics Create and backup PR Arrange cubicle for newly onboard personnel and prepare table cards Manage spare keys taken in and out Order and distribute business cards Reserve / coordinate meeting rooms Process invitation letter Rent cars Arrange company vans Reserve hotel Reserve lunch Support Texan birthday party Order,distribute and check account of office supply (stationery, drink water, express materials) Order / renew newspaper and magazines Distribute newspaper and magazines Check account of car rental Check inventory of cleaning supply Update company directory Check employees' expense claim sheets Order and distribute calendars Support outings/ annual party/friut day Register instruments taken in and out of company Make Security monthly report Gather employees' tailgating records from guards Report attendance status of guards Guide employee send the DHL express online Distribute the Flower gift of TI Labour Union Chop files HR Dept Finance Dept apply VISA & other Dept for use Monthly bill allocation check (express and company phone bills count up the number of people in the company quarterly Other matters
