我们正在招聘QA工程师。品质工程是我们团队工作中非常重要的一环，QA工程师就品质部分与研发团队紧密合作，确保产品质量过硬，生产顺利进行，并把产品品质管理整合到唯一的QA服务系统中。
工作职责
? 直接与公司软、硬件工程师团队合作，根据OTT、IPTV、Hybrid(IP + DVB)及智能家电等的产品设计、需求等文档进行测试用例的设计并执行测试、发布测试报告并跟踪管理所发现的bug。
? 针对每个订单中定制化或客户化的物料（比如遥控器、线材、包装、说明书等），在供应商发货前，前往供应商工厂验货，确保物料在发货前的品质达标。
? 负责每个订单生产前数据、工具的准备及相应的QA，确保所有的生产数据适用于订单的生产。
? 负责每个订单生产服务器的搭建，负责正式生产前的品质管控，包括部分来料确认、生产环境确认及生产数据确认，确保上述环境、物料及数据的准确性及适用于工厂的量产。
? 负责每个订单的验货工作，确保每个量产订单出货前的品质达标。
? 负责公司内部QA 测试环境的管理及维护，负责每个QA gate相关的流程管理、文档管理、系统工具管理、测试库的搭建及维护。
岗位要求
? 具有IT、计算机、自动化、无线电或相关专业学士或以上学位。
? 3 年以上消费类电子产品 QA 工作经验（智能机顶盒，智能电视，智能家居，智能手机等功能测试，系统测试优先）。
? 擅长根据产品相关文档进行测试用例设计。
? 能独立完成项目测试，优化测试工作、完善测试流程、把握项目进度和质量。
? 擅长bug定位，了解bug 生命周期。
? 熟悉了解产品开发阶段流程, 擅长对应的品质管控。
? 熟悉了解工厂生产流程，擅长对应的品质管控。
? 熟悉了解品质管理工具，bug跟踪管理系统， 测试用例管理系统。
? 有大型项目测试经验、功能测试，系统测试，自动化测试经验者优先。
? 具备良好的英语听、说、读写技能；有外企工作经验者优先。
? 性格开朗，具有良好的组织能力，沟通能力及进取精神。
? 有较强的责任感及团队合作精神,能够应付紧急项目的QA 工作。
