职位描述：
一、人事方面：
1.负责按规定程序与权限，根据各部门岗位需求申请，招聘、配置人员。
2.负责按规定程序与权限，做好员工的请假、考核、评定转正、晋升、调资及辞职等工作；
3.负责员工的考勤管理，包括办理指纹录入、编号和考勤记录的定期采集等工作；
4.负责组织开展员工的入职培训、岗前培训与考核，并做好记录；
5.负责与平安保险公司业务员沟通，及时更新员工信息，针对受工伤员工后续治疗及考勤核算；
二、行政方面：
1.负责宿舍管理，包括新员入住宿舍安排、离职员工搬离跟进、卫生安全检查、设备维修等，并向住房管理部门更新人员信息；
2.负责每日巡查车间，落实跟进《规章制度》的执行情况，并对违规事件进行警告、处罚等；
3.协助公司推行ISO9001质量管理体系、社会责任验厂、安全标准化运行，并负责文控工作，管理文件收发工作。
4.协助厂长召开全厂员工生产会议，对近期的问题做出宣导；
5.对饭堂伙食、菜谱做适时更新，管理日常卫生，跟进员工反馈投诉。
6.完成上级交办的临时任务。
任职资格：
◆教育背景：高中以上学历。
◆培训经历：受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规、财务会计方面知识和管理能力等方面的培训。
◆经验：2年以上工作经验。
◆技能技巧：
1.熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪酬制度、保险福利待遇等相关政策；
2.对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事工作流程；

Its modern plant is more than 5,000 sq.ms with nice environment. It has lots of high-tech producing machines, especially the topmost technical printing machine – 8C Standard Computerized Rotogravure Presses to guarantee the perfect printing image. Moreover, 6C Printing Machine; Speedy Compound Machine, Cooling & heating Cutting Machine; FQ Automatic Correction Slitting Machine with Control of Photo-electrify; Prompt Producing Machine; Creasing & Cutting Machine; Drying Label Machine and Paper Cutting Machine etc. It develops a clean workshop, and production, QC and Packing are in the one line.
产品均以OPP、PE、PO、PP、CPE、CPP、PET、AL、PE、PVC等进口原料制作。为满足顾客的不同需求，主营塑料包装胶袋有：食品、塑料制品、服装、礼品、电子、文具、玩具等。其中包装胶袋有卡头袋、复合包装、立体袋、骨袋、拉链袋、三边封、中封、风琴折中封复合袋、信封胶粘袋等。
All the plastic bags are made by imported films with 100% raw, such as OPP, PE, PO, PP, CPE, CPP, PET, AL, PVC etc. To meet the customers’ market, mainly produce every line of plastic bag: food, plastic goods, garment, gift, electron, stationary, toys etc. Mostly, the styles or designs are header bag, self adhesive bag, compound bag, shrink bag, stand up bag, side gusset bag, heat seal bag, envelope bag etc.
