职位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecast and closing regarding CoR (Cost of Retail) functions, prepare evaluation reports and monthly closing data to business department and management.


• CoR matrix controlling, including by region, by product, by sales channel and by CoR programs. Deep understanding of each business nature, and professional of financial analysis regarding each business case.


• NEV CoR controlling, support BBS-9 with CoR management establishment for Zinoro; deeply understanding of government policies and assess the related business impact and financial impact.


• Responsible for WS and RT Finance CoR, work with SF to deeply understand SF charge process and to ensure data consistency of BBA vs SF forecast/actual.


• Responsible for BAD policies assessment, work with Finance department and Treasury department to deeply understand BAD mechanism and provide evaluation for BAD policies.


• Closely monitor the transaction price and dealer profitability, analyze the impact to BBA CoR budget, and provide supporting for management decision.


• Improve CoR system, CoR tools and Jedox, closely work with IT department to improve system efficiency.


• Support internal and external audit.


• BMW China joint topics discussion and analysis.


• Prepare the high management reports for HQ visit.


• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting (Master preferred).


• Experience in finance or accounting field.


• Rich in accounting, CPA, ACCA and AICPA preferred.


• At least 2 year working experience in foreign manufacture company or big four accounting firm.


• Deep understanding of automotive industry and product knowledge.


• Logical thinking.


• Strong sense of responsibility.


• Self-motive and well-organized.


• Interest in data and detail.


• Work under pressure when assigned heavy tasks.


• Proficient English, German would be an advantage.


• Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge.
